Sodwana Bay with Interns

In October 2012 Louis and I travelled via the Transkei (now the Eatern Cape) to Sodwana Bay in Kwa-Zulu Natal with our interns and took them on a dive trip in the tropical waters there. I co-own a lovely wooden bungalow in the lodge and we stayed there so that we could easily access the azure waters of this diving mecca. We did 6 dives and all of them in clean water that was gathering it’s summer heat.  We saw a couple of reef sharks but apart from that it was all the usual suspects- with schooling fish all over Anton’s reef. My interns practised both their macro and wide angle  photography and everyone left feeling wiser about shooting in the underwater realm. From there we travelled up to Johanneburg to shoot the dive and boat show for a client of mine, which organised expo’s. they were super impressed with my interns who delivered 1000’s of photos to them before we left the show gates. The power of Lightroom 4!
