If incredible views and a bit of brisk exercise is your thing then this walk is for you. It is a perfect length; this makes it easily do-able for most levels of fitness. There are constant reminders of the beauty of nature along the way and so one never gets bored and never actually feels like you are doing exercise in fact! As you walk away from the car park there are rocks to clamber over in the first section, which soon turns into a lovely contour path above the frolicking seals in the emerald water below. At the point there are lots of rock pools with interesting colours of algae and also foaming waves crashing onto rocks with much gusto making both a booming sounds and cooling you with spray. A short way around the point you reach a remote long white beach and then it’s a short walk back to the car. If you do the walk in September to November you may be lucky to see whales with calves playing around the point.
